While it's sad to hear about the circumstances of how this music came about, it's beautiful that DJ Strawberry was able to turn that suffering into such a great body of work. This album takes you on an emotional rollercoaster and once again I'm inspired and amazed at how artists releasing on outlines take the footwork style to its experimental sides and make it their own. Stellar job, grab this cassette before it flies off the Bandcamp shelf!

It's mad how stripping things back can lead to such interesting and vibing results, especially in a realm like footwork (and footwork-adjacent music).
